  • Do you hate certain smells? I can’t stand the smell of lavendar (essential oils).?
  • why does my Healing Garden lavendar body soak smells so good while my Aura Cacia essential oil smells awful?
  • Essential oils that can not be mixed together?
    • ]]>     It makes me angry for some reason. Also it makes me feel like I am suffocating. Anyone else react to smells in this way? On the other hand, when I smell orange or lemon (essential oils) it makes me relaxed and happy.

    • ]]>     My s.o. and I were taking a nice bath and I added some citrus oil, just a few drops to our large jacuzzi-sized tub. After about 20 minutes of being in the water, the areas of our legs that were touching started to burn and tingle. Now it is really painful. It feels like a terrible sun burn. I’ve read about diluting essential oils- and they certainly were right? But why such a bad reaction and why only the area we were touching. Does it have anything to do with the body heat or our bodies keeping the oil against our skin? Also I know that some people just react to essential oils, but both of us? We also added some bath salt- maybe they reacted? Any ideas?
