Cool question… this is just a shot in the dark,

It would have to depend on why you cant smell. For instance, if your chemo receptors in your brain and/or nose isnt working at all or maybe you were never born with them, i would say no.

If they are working, but at a low rate, then i would say yes. You think you can’t smell because the scent is so minute, but its just undetectable to you not your brain.

depends whether you really cannot smell or whether you cannot consciously perceive smell. This may not be the same thing. If you have the receptors which bind to odor molecules and they make connections to your brain molecules still may have an effect on you. If you would lack e.g. all olfactory receptors odorants should not have an effect on you.

Do you not smell faint odors or do you not even smell strong odors (try cat pee…) Do you not smell some odors or all?
